Number of CTE Conference attendees expected: 725

Attendee Demographics
Based on past participants, 43% administrators, 48% teachers and 9% career guidance staff.  Attendees were primarily from high school, ROP, community college and a few university level staff.  The teacher attendee breakdown is 88% CTE, 4% English, 3% Science and 5% other subjects.

Exhibitors
Vendors represent variety of areas from textbooks, multi-media and curriculum to 3-D printing, laser equipment, training systems and heath/medical professions.

We primarily fill our space with repeat exhibitors. The CTE Conference provides general visitation hours as well as designated times to visit the exhibitors. We also draw and post door prizes and serve breakfast and snacks in the exhibitor area. For the 2019 CTE Conference, there will be special 30th Anniversary Celebration Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. — 6:30 p.m.

Booth Information
The cost of a display booth is $400. The fee includes: an 8’X10’ table top booth (no pipe and drape); one (1) skirted table and two (2) chairs; one (1) 110 v electrical outlet; Wi-Fi in the exhibit area; 30th Anniversary Reception on Wednesday, continental breakfast, luncheon and mid-day snack on Thursday, buffet breakfast Friday. Meals for additional representatives are available for $150 each. Assignment of booths will be made in order of receipt of the registration form and payment. The number of booths is limited.

Additional Electrical and Internet Needs
One (1) 110 v electrical outlet and Wi-Fi is provided. Additional electrical needs in the exhibit hall are not included and must be arranged for by the exhibitor through the AV Manager. Please email conference staff at info@cteconference.org for additional information.

Hotel Information 
Exhibitors are also eligible for the special conference room rate at the Omni Hotel of $169.00, plus tax, with no parking or resort fees. Book your hotel early! Rooms are limited.
